Lead creative video projects from concept to completion as our Video Production Project Manager.
About the Role
We are looking for a Video Production Project Manager to lead end-to-end video projects from concept to final delivery. This role sits at the intersection of creative, sales, and client coordination,ensuring video projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with creative and business goals.
You will work closely with the Video Team, Sales Team, clients, PR agencies, and external partners, acting as the main point of coordination across all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Management
● Plan,organize, and manage full cycle of video projects from pre-production to post-production
● Create and maintain project timelines, schedules, and production plans
● Monitor project progress and ensure on-time delivery across multiple projects
Creative & Production Coordination
● Collaborate with creative director/lead on story-boarding, concepts, and production direction
● Coordinate and manage video shoots, edits, and revisions
● Source and coordinate shoot locations, talents, and production requirements
● Ensure production quality aligns with creative standards and client expectations
Client & Stakeholder Management
● Act as a primary liaison with clients and PR for project alignment and updates
● Translate client requirements into clear creative and production briefs
● Manage feedback, revisions, and approvals efficiently
● Work closely with the Sales Team to align deliverables with client commitments
Administrative & Process Oversight
● Track project budgets, resources, and deliverables (if applicable)
● Identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies early and propose solutions
● Maintain proper documentation and project records
Qualifications & Skills
● Proven experience in project management, video production, or creative operations.Background in media, advertising or digital content production is an advantage.
● Strong understanding of video production workflows (pre-production, shoot, post)
● Excellent planning, organizational and communication skills
● Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
● Experience working with creative teams, clients, and sales stakeholders
● Basic understanding of editing workflows and creative tools
